We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Construction Manager to lead and manage our ongoing and upcoming building construction projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all construction activities from planning to project completion
– Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
– Supervise site teams, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
– Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
– Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management
– Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
– Manage resource allocation, material planning, and cost control
🎓 Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
– Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management (Building Sector mandatory)
– Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and site execution
– Familiarity with quality standards and safety regulations
– PEC registration (preferred)
